Okay, so i have nothing clever to say to that shit, the server stories set a few years after a very damaging earth quake, at the same time a virus was leaked from some facility in the city, due to the earth quake the facility was damaged thus this virus went airborne, The national guard comes in, builds this place due to a lack of materials, they use wood, use what resources they have to make some sort of safe place for those who survived the earth quake and those whom' survived the virus to go.
