i downloaded a FS of an island (hallot of objects in the middle of the sea that create n island)

now I want to do something Cool like a command that drown all the objects (all things are connected to the land) drown something lke 30 meters down (slowly) with a command. but all things that are'nt connected to the land, such as cars and actors will flowt up, and a commend that put it back up my question is how?
