[Remi-X]

I asked just someone with intelligence of SCM modding. He said that there is in the SCM really X and Y rotations for a vehicle exist. So I think,there must be a way to obtain the X and Y rotations in SA:MP.
Is that possible with a plugin? And would that be hard to make?
