How can I run SAMP (and Single Player if no different) in Dual Monitor mode, having GTA SA on one monitor and another app on another monitor without minimizing GTA SA if I click on the other app.

I have searched ******, but to no avail. The "Actual Multiple Monitors" app didn't really work for me.
