No, it's not a graphic bug. I'm 100% sure of this, because I encountered this issue when I scripted some things.
It's caused by a script on which the compiling went wrong. I can't tell what caused the issue in that process.
It can be the code written in the pwn, or it can be the includes used. It can also be a malfunctioning plugin.
Make sure that plugins and includes are up to date.
