This is the YSI Final download page,you have this downloaded?

Way to make ysi work is you first download SA-MP 0.2X Windows Server from here http://www.sa-mp.com/download.php

Then create a folder call it whatever "my samp"
put both YSI_Final and SA-MP 0.2X Windows Server in the folder.
Extract SA-MP 0.2X Windows first ,then YSI_Final .
Now all files will be in there correct place.
