What system are you using for hashing the passwords, first of all?
The passwords are hashed for a reason, this being security. You'll rather not try to decrypt them, only if it is a real necessity. If you, as server owner, do not ensure a secured environment for your players, they will leave your server. Also, decrypting passwords and abusing your player's information is illegal and may result to a real life punishment.
