Hey, when i try to connect to any server on my ftp client i get this:

Status:	Connecting to 85.17.58.9:21...
Status:	Connection attempt failed with "ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server".
Error:	Could not connect to server
Status:	Waiting to retry...

I keep getting that and its happening on all ftp servers i try to connect to i opened a support ticket with serverz but they said it was working but i carnt get my ftp to work and i need it too

and ideas?
