Well download it again, Restart from beginning (Replacing stuff).
Up in the logs it says you're using streamer's include version 2.6 and the plugin is version 2.7 so nothing to worry about, Follow these.
1) Delete the old include from the pawno > include and add new streamer.inc don't replace.
2) Open plugins folder delete the old streamer.dll/so and replace with new streamer.dll/so.
3) Open the pawno folder (new include one) and click pawno.exe then open the zmapping.pwn and re-compile it and upload it to your server filterscript folder.
Remember do not compile your gamemode, If necessary do then.
