Looks like a bad allocation error. 
If you're using Windows Vista/7, try to delete everything about GTA San Andreas, from the VirtualStore folder.
Open the "Run" window through Start or Win+R, type "%LocalAppData%\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)" (Or "%LocalAppData%\VirtualStore\Program Files" if you're using a 32-bit version of Windows), and delete the "Rockstar Games" folder.
