I know how to Port Forward on Windows. Try this method..
Go to Start and search " Advanced Windows Firewall"
When Windows Firewall window open... click on inbound rules..
... New Rule.
Select Port >> Allow Connection ......... >>Set port 7777 UDP >> Name it to something SAMP.
Now create the rule again with TCP instead of UDP.
Restart your Router..
Go to Start and search " Advanced Windows Firewall"
When Windows Firewall window open... click on inbound rules..
... New Rule.
Select Port >> Allow Connection ......... >>Set port 7777 UDP >> Name it to something SAMP.
Now create the rule again with TCP instead of UDP.
Restart your Router..
