There is absolutely no way for you to do this without any prior knowledge, unless you are just going to download a gamemode that hundreds of servers use, give bad support, make everyone admin and never update the server.

I suggest giving it some time before even thinking of starting a server. Learn the fundamental aspects required to do so, and then start on your so called project.

You should also think about the financial part; without hosted tab, you will barely get a player on the server.
