Start >> Control Panel >> Programs and Features >> Click on GTA San Andreas >> Then uninstall the game.
After you done this, download again the Gta San Andreas. Also delete SA-MP as well and download it again, to delete SA-MP go to your GTA Sa folder and uninstall SA-MP from there, then download everything again, this should fix your crash.
