Is it possible type rcon commands in console like windows's console in linux server?

Depends on how you start your server . If you directly open samp03svr you can type in commands, only, when you close the terminal the process will end. It's easier to use RCON. https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/Advanced...ols#Using_RCON
