is there a list with site's and stuff ?!

I can't find it with search,

I'm trying to start a clan with my friend,
and i don't know of the name is already there,
or what kind of clan's there are..

and if we need something to register our clan on a topic or something,
can someone tell me if there is one or not,

and if there is one,
if i can get the url
