Installed it on a VM today so I could experiment with it a bit before upgrading.
What bothered me during setup was that there were hardly any progress bars. You're just stuck looking at endlessly spinning dots. For all you know installation may be stuck. Upon installation completion I didn't go for "Express settings" but instead turned all the intrusive crap off. Microsoft really has no business with browsing habits.
Also don't like all the XBox promotion. Who would want to stream their XBox to their PC? We know console gamers are couch potatoes. If anything, do it the other way around. Other than that it seems fine. I'm especially fond of the "corner snapping" and multiple desktops. Shutdown button is back where it belongs.
