To be honest this thread has been probably made before somewhere or other, I can't find it though.
When I try to mod skins 163 and 164, this is all that happens: http://i.imgur.com/Bixgo4H.png
I have tried many things, such as backing up my current gta3.img, copying + pasting the gta3.img from the Virtual Store temp folder, removing gta3.img, reinstalling GTA altogether and much more, just can't hack it.
Got any ideas, anyone?
