Well, your pleading could be easily transformed into a tutorial. You listed there some important do's and dont's. However, speaking from my own experience, there is a huge boundery between words and facts. It's easy to say something and harder to achieve it.

I totally agree with it. The microphones have their own benefits, and is really enjoyable to communicate with others by voice while playing, but some people can't really do this due to various reasons.
