You have dynamic IP witch is changeing every day (at least for me) or for a while.
Static IPs never change.
& what do you mean by "close the router" you mean when you turn your router down?!
Well I heared something,that if you don't turn your router down your Ip wount change..
Frenkly, I think it's not true.. becouse I tryed that already and it's not working,if you have dynamic ip than it is,only way to have static IP is
to call your NEt company and tell them to change your dynamic IP to static (don't forget,you will have to pay more money, at least in my country)
