At least I have never found such tools.
If you want to hear ideas, here you are - create this tool by yourself or just write a script on a language with some graphic library. It's not that hard if you already know any language.
Don't forget that simple 32x32px icon will take all free gz slots. But you asked ideas, not suggestions...
