Well I will give you little tip where to start:
- Checkpoint / pickup / IsPlayerInRangeOfPoint
- SetTimerEx ( to make countdown when player will be done with robbing )
- Than anything you wish what will happen after robbing is done or if robber got arrested / killed / disconnected
