I had this exact issue about half a year ago, funnily enough it was a very weird issue for me. I used to have a laptop with the older 4 Series Intel Chipset and they hadn't released an update for a few years so I couldn't find the drivers.
For you, I think a simple 'upgrade' or 'downgrade' process with your graphic drivers should do the trick however if you have older graphics such as myne then I suggest you use 'windows update' to check for any optional updates for your graphics, if all else fails, download a graphics media accelerator and it'll do the trick.
