Animation not synced to other players [REP ++]

So i have this animation

pawn Code:

ApplyAnimation(playerid, "BOMBER","BOM_Plant_Loop",4.0,1,0,0,3000,1);

it's force synced to 1 but other players can't see my animation , and i can't see theirs too.
I tried with PreloadAnimLib but it's not working. Any ideeas ? Could be 0.3.7 affected ?
