ingame commands aren't working

Here i got my Admin Commands Little and Simple filterscript:

i don't get any error or warnings, it will compile fine and got loaded fine in consolle. When I'm in game and i type /kick or /ban i got this:

SERVER: Unknown Command.

How can I solve it? thanx
