Is this a Linux server? If so, do not forget to add .so. Linux does not use the principle of extensions; the dot and everything that follows it is still part of the filename.

Also versions of the streamer plugin above 2.7.2 sometimes conflict with other plugins (especially MySQL) due to an update of some sort.
