Just to verify, does the server itself crash/close or does your client (samp) close?
If it is indeed your server that crashes I can't see why there isn't any errors being displayed. Perhaps try running a crash detect plugin, this may give you more information as to the source of the problem.
Did you change anything in your code recently under OnPlayerConnect? Were you ever able to connect without crashed? Can other people connect without problem?
