If you're using a linux OS and not a managed game server, stating your host is(unless they block specific access which SQL is dependent on) not relevant at all. Basically, googling something such as "how to configure SQL database on linux using wampserver" should be enough, as this is not really related to SA-MP.

FYI: Even if you were using a managed game server the correct place to ask would be their forums or their support methods.
