Alright, I'm gonna give you some pointers here. First off, have some kind of function that puts them in the tutorial. Then you need to add a way to continue through the tutorial (automatic or manual - automatic would require timers.) Then a way for the player to exit the tutorial.

Here are a few functions you could use:
SetPlayerCameraPos
SetPlayerCameraLookAt

And then to exit the tutorial: SetCameraBehindPlayer

Edit: This is only one style of tutorial (It would fly the camera around, and make it look at locations etc.). You could make others that just use text, or many other things.
