I agree in that Volt used to be excellent in what it supplied. Until the last few months before the sale (Sep 13). Constant DDoS attacks, lack of support etc. Since the sale, it peaked again (I worked there so I therefore can confirm this), then went back down. Since leaving in Jan 14 there have unfortunately been nothing but issues.

1. AMS down and data lost. (Accounts were credited for the loss).
2. DDoS attacks on the dedi's and website.
3. Lack of support (Only two of us were manning the support, we've both left, idk if anyone supplies support).

I touched upon this with Mark (iLinx) when I visited him in San Francisco, at the time, he cared, now he sold it, he's moved onto bigger things such as: kickback.gg and no longer has a say in the future of the company.
