This island doesnt look natural because of those rocks, they are not positioned good because you are making lines with them, it would be better to make curves with rocks, a good way to use these rocks would be by first making terrain that fits it that is sandy area, the island would look better without that gatehouse at the beggining of it.
Your colors need to blend in with the rest of your map so it would be better if you had used gray rocks instead of those brown rocks.
When I think of an island I imagine apartments or wooden houses, if it is a mansion or a rich house you should probably dedicate your whole island to that mansion.
Blend in your colors to make it look more natural, examine and imitate real life islands and then do the map how you saw the island!
