Ok after seeing some images here is my harsh but fair review.
Admin islands are never a good idea, they're not needed nor are they safe as players can swim / sail or even parachure into most of them.
Your map in particular is rather poor, it lacks organisation and look really messy. They are other objects you can use apart from rocks to make an island look like an island and not a Floating Slab Of Concrete. Try using some beach objects, cliffs or even islandbase.
The fact your map has so many holes in it make me believe this was a 10 minute job, maps are supposed to take time, skill and dedication.
It contains too much concrete, add some natural grass, fields, hills for a more natural look. No islands are completely flat or made out of 99% concrete 1% human waste.
It is also very symmetrical, something you must always try to avoid doing when mapping as it makes the map just look too generic and not unique.
Hope you take this comment into consideration and you keep trying to become a better mapper.
