Hб algum tempo eu estive testando alguns DDoS e comprovei que a versгo 0.3z (a pura, sem RC) fica mais propicio a esses ataques.
Vocк pode resolver isso atualizando a versгo do samp-server pra mais recente.

Se o seu caso nгo enquadrar acima, desconsidere a mensagem.
