I make textdraws on my normal resolution (1920 x 1080) but keep checking a few other resolutions to make sure it all looks good on each resolution. It gets pretty tedious doing it that way though but I've never had to re-do entire textdraws because I know exactly what I need to do to make it fit other resolutions
