You have to import the .txt file with the information about the database/tables, not the gamemode.
Download the file from here.
Run phpMyAdmin and click on "Import" and then "Choose File" and select wFty3QVm.txt (the file you downloaded):
and then, it'll import it successful "Import has been successfully finished, 54 queries executed. (wFty3QVm.txt)" and there'll be the database "scrp" with its tables in it.
