You can do nothing to stop them; it's down to self control. They are hastling for appreciation, so they publish something, regardless if there's any useful value in it.
You can argue with them, hate them, swear at them, but it will not stop them in most cases. Or you can give some appreciation and hope they will stop with nonsense.
