Excluding servers from the server list doesn't shut them down... It simply removes them from the list so the clients can't find it.

DMCA will shut them down from the hosts end.

As for why it hasn't happened recently, either no-one's been reporting it to the right people, or quite simply, no-one can prove it is a copy of theirs... It's not that hard really to figure out if it is an edit, it just takes effort that's diminished by people claiming that it can't be done...


It CAN be done, and HAS been done in the past... Just because you don't know of it happening, doesn't mean you know that it hasn't happened.
