Connection?

Hi, Im having Trouble Where Evytime Time I Connect To My server And Spawn It Always Lose Connection My Internet Is Fine,Ports ok etc.. So I Dont Know Whats The Problem? my gamemode loads Fine And Everything and it really bugs me

so if you could help please?
