Another thing I don't like is when people try to express their anger or shouting by writing in all capital letters. For me, it seems to make the text harder to read, therefore it could cause the reader to get angry. When someone uses all caps, I tend to ignore it, but one or two words capitalized for effect is fine.

ANOTHER THING I DON'T LIKE IS WHEN PEOPLE TRY TO EXPRESS ANGER OR SHOUTING BY WRITING IN ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. FOR ME, IT SEEMS TO MAKE THE TEXT HARDER TO READ, THEREFORE IT COULD CAUSE THE READER TO GET ANGRY. WHEN SOMEONE USES ALL CAPS, I TEND TO IGNORE IT, BUT ONE OR TWO WORDS CAPITALIZED FOR EFFECT IS FINE.

See? The first one seems easier to read.
