The instrumental piece in the background is very good. The first time I heard it, was in the movie "8 Mile", where Eminem was starring. The music was originally made by Mobb Deep - Shook Ones, and most of the other rappers were using this track as an instrumental version. It's perfect for using it in the rap battles and for self practice with lyrics/rhymes.
