Rather than just posting the codes you could try explain where it crashes as well.
When you start the client, insta-crash, or does it run with it for a minute and then crash.
Does it crash once it started GTA_SA.exe?
ANYWAY... Some googling on that Exception, came back to another "Help" thread, where it had more information regarding it than this thread, and ended up pointing to this thread...
