Judging that Windows 10, will be based on a lot of Windows 8, there are threads in the forum that could provide assistance. In all of these, DirectX9 isn't installed. If you've got the DVD/CD version, it should try installing DirectX, Same goes for the Steam version. I'd advise against installing DirectX 9 on the TP, as it is more out of date than Windows 7, and not even Windows 8 needed the DirectX9 being installed. My questions are as follows... Does it work, in single player... Is it a Steam Version, or a CD/DVD version... Did you install it, or just copied the files over and ran it, without the install feature...

Thanks for the clarification, you are right.

1. It does not work in single player.
2. It is DVD version.
3. I have some versions of GTA SA, installed on old Windows 8.1 and installed on second Windows 7 (i think for Windows 10 it looks like copied, when for old Windows 8.1 version looks like installed)

I will try reinstall GTA SA later, maybe it solve problems.
