About the gamemode, No don't make things way too unique that NEWBIES get them hard to understand.
Hosted Tab? It's EVERYTHING for a new server in 0.3x+ as no. of servers in Internet list is way too damn high. Use hosted tab for 1-3 months, Get players and then get it off.
