This is what I would do, I don't like fiddling with those things.
Follow these simple steps.

1. Delete your Rockstar Folder.
2. Uninstall GTA SA.
3. Create a new Folder where ever you want to install it.
4. Install it in the Created Folder.
5. Download GTA SA Cracked EU EXE.
6. Download & Install SA-MP.
