Please download Filezilla via the link provided by "Samp_India" and install the version applicable to your OS.

Once installed at the top of Filezilla you will have 4 boxes to enter information into which will look like this:

Host: Your server ip without the port e.g. 111.222.333.444
Username: Commonly your control panel username - unless specified otherwise
Password: Commonly your control panel password - unless specified otherwise
Port: (The server FTP port goes here - Usually its 21 or 8821)
