Explain "command not working":
Does it return any message in the game, or is it just doing nothing?
Checked server logs? Do you have all plugins installed and activated?
Those are the most common problems, plus that one he mentioned above, if you have different command processors.
Take a look at that, and try again. Also, check if the admin system requires some extra plugins.
