POISON ADMIN SYSTEM
This is my first release in entire SAMP forums, but I hope everyone will like this admin system scripted by me.
This system is basically the rip-off from my gamemode (the other release), but with much reduced features and some things edited.
It consists of 5 admin levels, and each level has it's own features.
The script uses ZCMD and SSCANF for commands, Whirlpool for Passwords Hashing.
The system is scripted in SQLITE to save/load everything
There is a notification sent to all admins for each administrative action taken, hence promoting teamwork and co-operation - the essential parts of a good admin team.

* Toggleable Admin Chat
* PingKicker
* DualRcon
* WeaponHolster
* NGG style reports system
* Mark System (similar to NGG yet different)
* Flag System
* Camera System (it's not what you think it is)
