This plugin fix mod graphic problems in SAMP

How it work:
it disable buggest fix from samp 0.2.2 R3
and add normal fix for fog flickering for ATI videocard
to users: you can use this mod on every version on samp, you can don't care about samp version
But I think If Kalcor add correct fix for fog flickering it will be better
