Mine too temporarily does so sometimes, all I am required to do is to Hold Alt and Press Tab, then let go of Alt. This should bring you to your Desktop, then go back into SAMP it should be paused and unfrozen. It is a problem caused by mods, but it is tricky for us to diagnose which mod caused it without knowing when you installed certain mods and which date your SAMP started crashing.
