No this hasn't been done, there is not a single bug free pen1 out there beside this one

Well bug free, maybe not bug free (as there MIGHT BE pen1 bugs, I havent touched the structure) but this version compiles without you needing anything, all indentation is done properly, all warnings are gone, all forwards are made (and not doubled), etc. Vehicle IDs work perfectly, businesses and houses as well.

Edit: I also tested all the missions and everything works the way it should. I tried about 20 hotwires in a row and not a single one bugged.

Basically this is a good version for the scripter who wants to edit the hell out of pen1. This is probably the most stable version you'll find.
