You forgot several things. You can add your own prefabs (objects) for easier access (trees, for instance). Instead of searching for them every time, you can just have them at hand. You also forgot to mention that the editor generates code for both CreateObject (a_samp) and CreateDynamicObject (Incognito's streamer). And for the streamer code, you have to manually add the last parameters (interior ID, world ID, streaming distance, etc.).

You can also save camera views, so you don't have to travel from one map corner to another. This comes in handy, given the fact that you will experience FPS drops, as the map is loaded.

Speaking of frame rates, if the frame rate drops are severe, you can lower the drawing distance and the loading factor. This makes everything run smoother.
